last week of work

well this is my last week of work for 9 days hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm what to do what to do, well first thing is clean clean clean, then my daughter and i are off to DISNEY for 3 days wooooooohoooooooo then i will be scrapping those  photos for sure , i know that week will fly by so fast, but it will be a great ride. Finally some mommy daughter time!

using up scraps!

 Good morning, i know its been awhile since i have posted still trying to get use to this blogging thing which i am loving ,with my busy schedule at work there are just times that i am exhausted to even clean my house .

 So my good friend Lynn has been getting rid of her over abundance of scraps and has made mini books out of them she graciously gave me one and i have been slowly working on it.

Surprisingly i even have embellies that match all the papers in the book i also got a little crazy but adding some things that do not match and i LOVE it!

Precious moments

 Good morning! Boy it has been awhile since i have been here, i would like to announce Kayli Ann has arrived on may 29th 2016 my daughter gave us a beautiful granddaughter.

She is the most precious baby, its amazing how much love i have for her, can't wait to see her grow..

Altered creations

On easter sunday my daughter came up for the day, i gave her some of the altered canvas's i made for the baby.. so she decided to make one too..

 Then of coarse i decided to take an old picture frame and jazz it up . Used dylusions paints which are amazing added glitter then some recollections flowers some hand made micro perfume bottles and a banner viola a picture perfect decoration for my granddaughters room.

Yestuday my pal lynn came for a play day we always have a great time together while scrapping in my beautiful room here's another Canvas Creations for my upcoming granddaughters .

workaholic

Good Morning, haven't been posting or even creating in the last week , been very busy at work and planning my daughters baby shower.  Hopefully i will have some time to get back in my haven and just scrap till i can't scrap no more... so here's a few  projects i have done over the past years. Enjoy!

 The tags were fun to do, i will be doing more of them for sure.

altered canvas

i took a class on altered canvas not that i really needed to because i have done this before, however it's always nice to brush up on something you already know  and maybe learn a new trick too. Here is what we did in the class.

 Then i decided when i got home that i would do some for my daughter so she can put them in her daughter's room. I really like how they came out, so i will be doing a few more.

 very simple use any size canvas, then just go with it i torse out some pages from an book we had you know the golden books goldilocks and 3 bears threw some paiant and stamps and other do dads and viola!!!!

time to organize again.....ugh......

 today is my first day off and looks as though i need to reorganize and purge threw some stuff so much to do i hope i can get threw it all. My husband built this room for me when my eldest daughter left the coop. I absolutely love it, my haven for sure.

 He's such a handy guy to have around he built me this wonderful table that you can not see LOL as well as the table on the back wall that has my cricut and big shot pro , printer and of coarse T.V. need that for noise while i'm doing some creativity.

 so here goes nothing i will be in here all day , hopefully  i will get it done so i can play stay tuned you never know what will happen..

first time blogger

     Hello , my name is Holli i have been scrapbooking for for over 20 years and this is my first time blogging it's a bit scary for me just like the first time i started scrapbooking, not sure if i'm doing it right or wrong, which I  know that there is no right or wrong way to blogging just like in  scrapping you can't go wrong with it.
      Just to tell you a little bit about myself, I have been married for 23 years in May, we have 3 beautiful children 22, 20 and 14. My oldest daughter in expecting her first daughter in May, so YES i am going to be a grandmother and i'm totally excited! I will have new pictures to SCRAP!
       I look forward to blogging and developing a new family with other bloggers , i love sharing ideas with others. So stay tuned for some of my adventures in creating great memories!
